Dear Parents and Guardians,
I trust this email finds you all well.
Firstly, congratulations to all those who took part in the Leadership Camp last weekend. You were all a credit to the school and praised highly by the HanKidz coaches. Well done to everyone on the camp for embracing this opportunity to further develop and practise your leadership skills.
This week, although it was shortened due to Hari Raya Haji Holiday it was nevertheless busy. The Year 1 and Year 2 Class Trip took place at KL Bird Park, a great time was had by all. Preparations are being made to get ready for the Year 6 and Year 11 graduations happening next week. A huge thank you to the Primary parents supporting the school with the decorations and arrangement for the events - your time and effort is truly appreciated. It will be a great event!
Practices for the Talent Charity show are in full swing, with many children staying back after school. I hope the whole community can support this by making at least the minimum RM 10 donation - cheap at that price to be entertained and wear non-uniform clothes for the day! Donations should be handed to the class teachers or form tutors.
Last week, I mentioned that the Cambridge Checkpoint results has been received, and shared with you our standing against the international averages standing. This year, the scoring for Cambridge Checkpoint changed to 1 to 50 and now have bandings: Basic, Aspiring, Good, High and Outstanding. The link below outlines the Checkpoint overall results and highlights the top performers:

A special congratulation to Ilakiyen Irraivan and Tham Wing Yi for being the school’s top achievers with a score of 147/150. However, all 34 of the children who decided to sit for the examinations should be congratulated as they performed in line or above expectations.
Next week:
Talent Show and International Day preparations are on-going.
5th July (Wednesday) - Year 6 Graduation
6th July (Thursday) - Year 11 Graduation
7th July (Friday) - Primary Swimming Gala
Wishing everyone a pleasant weekend!
