Co-Curricular Activities For Primary School
Broadening Children’s Minds with Positive Experiences
We understand that effective learning is measured by more than just academic achievement. Children need to be exposed to a wide variety of experiences. After-school activities are an important part of children’s development because it helps them develop into well-rounded learners. Additionally, they can develop friendships and build a strong sense of community across the school
CCL (Co-Curricular Learning), CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) and ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) provide a safe environment in which our students can enhance their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Students have ample opportunities to gain valuable life skills, such as teamwork, managing tasks, dealing with conflict and frustration and collaborating with others. In short, we are preparing them for success in life.
Positive Experience
Co-Curricular Learning / CCL
CCLs take place during the school day and serve to provide learning experiences that complement the formal curriculum. The CCLs change from term to term. The structure of CCLs is designed so that students are assigned by staff to one product CCL and one performance CCL to take part in each week. These will change regularly throughout the year.
